Serves: 4

Cooking Time:
40 - 50 mins

Ingredients:

♣  8 - CTC Traditional Old Country Cottage sausages (2 per person)

♣  1 - Roasted whole garlic bulbs

♣  1 - McIntosh apple

♣  1 - Butternut Squash or Small Pumpkin (sliced)

♣  2 - Fresh rosemary

♣  2 tbsp. - Olive oil

♣  2 tbsp. - Maple syrup

♣  6 - mushrooms

♣  Beef Dip Buns

Method:

Toss together in a pan 1 small garlic bulb, halved, 1 apple, cut into wedges and cored, ½ pumpkin or butternut squash, peeled and cut into thin wedges, 2 large sprigs rosemary, 30ml (2tbsp) olive oil and 30ml (2tbsp) maple syrup & 6 slice mushrooms.

Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes until sausages are golden brown and pumpkin or butternut square are soft. Warm Beef Dip Buns in oven or over campfire and remove.

Squeeze cooked garlic from the cloves and spread onto the beef dip bun. Pile everything else onto the bun, drizzle with any juice and serve as a large 'sharing sandwich' slice into pieces making sure everyone gets a bit of everything.

Serving Suggestion:
