English Brunch Sausage Sarnie
Cooking Time: 10 - 15 mins.
Ingredients:

8 Celtic Treasure Chest Chipolata Sausages

Mushrooms

Cherry tomatoes

Cooked new potatoes
♣

3 Eggs

Method:
Place 6 - 8 chipolata sausages in frying pan
and dry fry for 4-5 minutes. Add 6 mushrooms, halved, 3 cooked new potatoes,
thickly sliced and 6 cherry tomatoes, whole, and cook for a further 4-5
minutes. Break 2 -3 eggs over ingredients in frying pan. Cook for a further 2-4
minutes.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve on thick wedges of Farmer's white toasted
bread.
