Sausage Sarnie
You wake up late in the morning and
its too late for a light breakfast and too early for lunch.
Its
time for a open faced Brunch Sausage Sarnie. A great way to start your day.
Serves 2

Ingredients:
6 CTC Chipolata sausages
6 - Mushrooms
6 - Cherry tomatoes
3 - Cooked baby potatoes
2 Eggs (over easy)

Preparation:
Place (6) six chipolata sausages in frying pan and fry till
thoroughly cooked.
Add 6 mushrooms, quartered, 3 cooked new potatoes, thickly
sliced and 6 cherry tomatoes, whole, and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
Fry (2) eggs over easy to place on top of mixture.
Serve on thick wedges of white toasted bread.
Place your fried egg on top of your open faced sarnie and
enjoy.
